28mm Omaha goes to G3 Gamers event.

So just a quick post to say the G3 Glasgow Game Group are having their first Glasgow Wargames Show on the 29th June at Bellahouston Leisure Centre.

Glasgow Warhogs will be there showing the Omaha beach game (WN72) as support.

So if WW2 beach landings is your thing - come along and say hello. Some pictures below of what to expect...

The beach obstacle are all scratch built. 

A good picture of the DD Sherman. This is mdf base with a plastic turret (so that it can be changed over at the beach). The canvas sides are  plasticard sheets and strips cover in tissues paper.

Below a GI try to hide from the incoming bullets.Whilst a medic patches someone up.

Got the free spue of US guys and painted the up to add to my other guys for Omaha...

And another 3d German printed famo, with some Germans on the back (and a quad)

The guy in second row is holding a map (printed)  .

The quad is on a clear base and can be removed from the Famo as and when required.
